Obama Secures 12th Victory in a Row with Vermont Win

Winning all demographic categories, according to a CNN exit poll, Barack Obama was the projected winner minutes after the polls closed in Vermont.

This was his twelfth straight victory.

According to MSNBC's exit data, Vermont voters listed the economy and the war in Iraq as their top two issues, with health care in third. Only 6% of respondents said the economy was "good" or better.

Almost three in four voters believed Hillary Clinton attacked Barack Obama unfairly, while only 3 in 10 accused Obama of doing so.

About 7 in 10 listed Obama as more capable of defeating McCain in November, regardless of how they voted today.

Straying from its past form, MSNBC's exit poll did not ask voters about their union membership.
