Obama: Honoring Social Security, not Privatizing It

    It is deeply ironic that PA has chosen to post this. While Obama doesn't advocate privatizing Social Security, the Deficit Commission he has appointed has as one of its key aims to cut its benefits and extend the retirement age. Its still a profoundly anti-working class position.

    Obama has stated his view on the matter. This is a record of it; and what he states here is not an anti-working-class position.
