Why They are NOT the Same!

If the experiences of the last eight years are not enough to show the two major parties are not the same and should not be dismissed as two capitalist parties aimed at the same objectives so it doesn't matter, blah blah blah... take a look at this item in the New York Times and consider how judicial appointments are crucial to democracy in our country and the rights of nationally and racially working people to vote.
